May, 2015 How it started… Umi was about 4-month old when she was found in a parking lot at Costco, Taoyuan. We don’t know why she ended up there, but she is gentle enough for us to bring her to the vet. She has several health issues that we later learned common among stray cats, but overall she is a very healthy cat. She has developed a habit of sitting on my chair by the dining table, particularly while there is food served. Unlike some cats, she is not interested in eating the food. I would say that she is more concerned about finding out what I am up to sitting there every day. Such habit brings me the chance to take this series of photos, Umi by the Table.
